Policies
We will repair or replace any of our armor that breaks due to SCA combat, and we reserve the right as to doing either repairing or replacing. We are not responsible for shipping either way.
We do not take any responsibility or liability for any personal injury that may come while using our armor or weapons.
We reserve the right to sell armor to whomever we chose. Once you’re payment is received, then your order will be filled in a reasonable amount of time. We deal with orders on a first come, first serve basis.
We ship our items once a week, normally on Tuesdays. We reserve the right to extend our shipping dates if needs be, but not to an unreasonable length of time.
We prefer paypal, money orders or checks when dealing with internet sales. Items will not be shipped until payment clears.
Custom Orders
If ordering custom armor such as helms or full suits that are not in stock, we reserve the right to ask for up to 50% non refundable down payment to cover material cost and start time. We will not take any downpayment until your order can be put on our custom order Que. At that time, we will contact you to let you know when we can start it, and will place the order in the Que upon receipt of the down payment. At that point, an approximate delivery time will be set. We reserve the right to extend a delivery time if needed.
No refunds can be made for custom orders, as these are custom made. If a custom item is not the right size, or something breaks during shipping, we will gladly fix or remake your order within a reasonable amount of time.
InStock Items
Items on instock page are sold as instock only. They will not be customized, resized, or made to a custom fit.
Instock items are non refundable. Exchanges are allowed if we have that item in another size. If not, we will do our best to exchange the unwanted item with something of equal value. Costumer can also wait until we have remade an instock item in the size they prefer.
